Out in your private backyard is a peaceful garden-style lagoon pool that you'll enjoy every day of vacation. Walk outside and you’ll be wrapped up in a full Florida sensory explosion. Sunlight warms your skin and the colors of delicate but lush periwinkles bloom from the ground. Relaxed palm trees, sway and dip in the balmy island breeze while the distinctive zip of it fills your noise. Florida air is somehow fresh and salty at once. You’ll think you’re going to sit in the chairs for only a moment but time gets away from you in this oasis. Just plan on having dinner out there and stock the fridge with burgers, kabobs, and franks to throw on the propane grill.

Inside you’ll find the master bedroom with a relaxing king-size bed, the perfect place for a snooze or favorite movie on the flat-screen. The attached bathroom has a granite-topped vanity area and double walk-in shower. Located just outside the door of the second queen bedroom is another full bath with tub and shower. Both offer a peaceful and indulgent sanctuary to wash off the salt and sand.

You’ll be within walking distance of the Gulf of Mexico and a stop for the free island trolley is literally steps from the front door. Jump on and explore all the island has to offer, from decadent waterfront dining in Bradenton Beach to intimate boutique shopping on the north end. Stop into our Pine Ave office to talk about rebooking or just stop in and say hi!  There are seven miles of pulverized quart sand beaches and a thousand ways to enjoy them, from paddle boarding to parasailing.

The villa next door is also available to rent, which is an ideal set-up for a family reunion, wedding parties, or just for you and your closest of friends to vacation together. This is a truly special spot for your Anna Maria vacation memories to be made
