We guide our clients with the rule that our website is based on small investment with guaranteed, benefitted and assured profit. We earn the assurance from our clients in short notice of period say 30days, as trust, faith and best scheme or packages are basics of any business.

Please read the refund policy very carefully before you ask for a refund. There are certain rules to be followed; otherwise no refunds will be made to you unless you qualify for the same.

Refundable scenarios with the 30 days if:

• The listing is not online on the website within the given time by the sales executive. Generally, the process takes 24-48 working hours to get 1-5 listings on the website. You can ask for the refund if it is not live with-in the specified time.
• After the Purchase if you have personal reason like changing your mind or made the purchase by mistake and you want it to cancel the advertisement within 30 days. No issues, no matter what is the reason is you money can be refunded through simple procedure without further queries or questions.

Please note: If you have purchased listing space for the advertisement and if it doesn't start perform as advised please notify us, within 30 days of your purchase. If there will be any issues, our support staff will be there to take care of it, within 24-48 working hours. In case of our support staff is unable to resolve the issue, within given time frame of you notifying us, a Full Refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable scenarios with the 30 days if:

• In our sole discretion, any advertisement (Listing) owner/manager submits unsuitable material to our Site or into our database, misuses the Site is in material breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to terminate such listing advertisement(s) immediately without refund.
• Any advertisement (listing) owner/manager is abusive or offensive to any employee or representative of FloridaVacationz.com, we reserve the right to terminate such listing(s) or advertisement(s) immediately without refund.

Note:We are unable to refund the clients after 30days,as you can understand that time constraint of 30days is more than enough to know and have trust on any scheme or policies of a company. This is why we ask our purchased listing owners to do or inform us for any changes in the initial, as it's not a one man show its about a whole team efforts.

Refund Policy for the customer who will renew their subscription:

If you renew your advertisement, your listing will remain online for the entire subscription period without refund. If you sell your property and no longer wish for the listing to remain online, please contact us and we can remove the listing; however, no refund will be owed.

How to submit a refund request:

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to refund@FloridaVacationz.com We do not accept refund requests via the Live Chat or by phone. A response will be issued within 24-48 hours after receiving a refund request

Please be sure to include the register E-mail address, Phone Number, Advertisement ID (Listing ID) in the ticket that you raise.

Please note: It may take us up to 48-72 hours to process refund, especially over the weekend when staffing levels are reduced.
