The property hosts one of the largest heated swimming pools in the area and the manicured lawns and swaying palm trees are signature features of this resort.

Sea Club is just 75 yards from the Gulf of Mexico beach where you will find 20 miles of white sandy beaches stretching from Clearwater to St. Pete! This renowned beach is one of the most beautiful beaches you will ever sink your toes into and known for its powdery sand and breathtaking sunsets. An undercover area for shuffleboard and horseshoes rounds out this comfortable vacation spot with something for everyone. Indian Shores is a charming community that provides plenty of restaurants, shopping and other attractions. Guests can access nearby attractions by taking the local tourist trolley which stops directly in front of the property. The unit itself is extremely spacious and comfortable.

The living area has plush leather furniture and plenty of room to spread out. There are TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. There is an ample porch that can be reached from the kitchen and the living room.

The well-equipped kitchen is open and airy with lots of room to gather and entertain.

The lovely master bedroom has a king size bed and an adjoining bathroom with a large shower. The 2nd bedroom is tastefully decorated with a queen size bed and the 2nd bath has a combined tub and shower. For your convenience the condo also has a full size washer and dryer and covered parking. Location is key! This condo is located on the intracoastal, in a charming, quaint area, and is within footsteps of an incredible beach. It is a great and affordable option if you don't need gulf front!
