This one bedroom unit offers more than just a week at the beach! Complete with one queen size bed and a queen pullout bed this unit sleeps up to four. The kitchen faces towards the Gulf allowing any cooking experience to be enjoyed and is fully furnished for any cooking venture. The living room offers a 40'" flat screen with a DVD player for movies to be watch at night, the master bedroom also offers a free standing flat screen also. Downstairs at the bottom floor the complex offers a Laundromat.
There are 3 swimming pools one of which is heated November 1st through April 1st, tennis, shuffleboard, racquetball, and jet-ski rentals on the beach. Located in the heart of Panama City Beach this unit is next door to world famous Pineapple Willey's! The Sunbird complex is also in walking distance to Signal Hill Golf Course, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and Wonderworks allowing entertainment for anyone and everyone!
