The family room, along with the incredible views of the waterway features stylish & comfortable seating, 50" flat screen TV. There is a separate elegant dining room available for special meals, or your choice of eating areas off the kitchen or outside overlooking the pool.  The fully equipped kitchen also boasts a beautiful view of the majestic oaks, allowing you to prepare dinner with this stunning backdrop. It is a testimony to form and function with its granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and an adjoining master bath with granite countertops, dual sinks, soaker tub and a walk behind shower that is beyond words.  Upstairs contains a second TV/entertainment room with a 50" flat screen TV with full bar and game table for cards or family game night. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms offer 42" flat screen TVs and full bath/shower combination.  Next is a den that could be used for kids TV or even extra sleeping guests.  The last bedroom upstairs is almost like a mother in-law suite with handicapped shower and even its own microwave and coffee maker. Additional amenities include a full size washer & dryer in the unit, cable, outdoor summer kitchen, and free Wi-Fi.
