There is a large shower in the 2nd bathroom. The living room is the perfect place to enjoy a television show, drink in your gorgeous water view and dine in the comforts of home. This room has a sleeper sofa so this unit can sleep up to 6. To add to your creature comforts, there is cable TV, and free Wi-Fi.

Built in 2008, each luxury condo within the 5 story complex is privately owned and decked with upscale touches like granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, open floor plan, private balcony with water views, and a master bath with a large Jacuzzi tub. The Palms boast both Gulf and Intracoastal views with a heated pool, spa and fishing dock bordering the Intracoastal Waterway. Located directly across the street from the Gulf, you are just steps away from the powdery white sand of Treasure Island Beach. The new Treasure Island Beach Trail starts across the street at the County Park Beach Access and is a paved, lighted mile long walkway running along the coast. This trail is perfect for sunset strolls and leisure bike rides, offering that 'peaceful easy feeling'.

As all treasure hunters know, location is paramount. The complex offers the ultimate in convenience right on the Intracoastal, steps away from the Gulf, next door to Publix grocery store, walking distance to restaurants & shops, and less than 2 miles south of renowned John’s Pass with restaurants, shops, casino cruises & boat rentals. If you’re still looking for more entertainment, Busch Gardens and the Florida Aquarium are just across Tampa Bay and the Orlando theme parks (Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World & LEGOLAND) are less than two hours away. The property is two blocks south of the Treasure Island causeway with access to I-275 conveniently leading to the Tampa International Airport. The Recreation Fee includes unlimited use of the following:

* Paddleboard (also can be used a a single sit on top kayak as well, great for beginners)

* Beach chairs to take over to the beach
* Beach carts (Little Tikes style) and Pull carts to take your stuff over to the beach * Beach Bikes- real ones- no the cheap ones from WalMart
* Coolers to take your drinks to the beach

* Gas Grill with gas included (large for 2 parties to use at once)
* Bocce Ball sets
* Horsehoes *Misc Beach/Pool Toys All items are located onsite. Unit Views: 101-106, 201-206, 302-305 & 402-405 have a view of the Gulf and Beach 107-110, 207-210, 307-310 & 407-410 have an Intracoastal View All units on the 2nd floor and above have water views.
The first floor is parking so a first floor is actually on the 2nd floor and so on.
