Unit 104 is a two bedroom, two bath condo on the ground floor over looking the Atlantic Ocean. The patio has a direct ocean view featuring a fresh ocean breeze, and is just steps away from the pool. What a perfect location to sit and lounge as you and your family enjoy the beauty of Amlelia by the Sea. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and is also located on the ocean side. The guest bedroom has two double beds. (All beds have new mattresses.) In keeping with the comforts of home, you will find a full kitchen and a separate dining area. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets and counter tops.There is no washer/dryer in unit but there is a laundry facility on the premises.

The 700 ft fishing pier is available to all of our guest and no fishing license is required when fishing from this private pier. Located in the pool area, you will find a community grill with picnic tables and lounge chairs available on a first come basis. There are two well maintained tennis courts available also on a first come basis. Amelia by the sea is a gated complex with open parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles per unit. (Sorry, No Pets Allowed.) Directly across the street (walking distance) is the "Surf" restaurant which offers indoor dining as well as outdoor on a spacious deck often with live music.
