Unit 213 is a South end, corner unit with two bedroom and two baths. It has a beautiful ocean view from the side windows looking down the beach and the direct ocean vierw from balcony. It has a King bed in the master bedroom and two doubles in the second bedroom. Freshly painted and boastng new tile in the Living room, this unit has the air of a perfect summer beach getaway. Time to relax and enjoy. In keeping with the comforts of home, you will find a full kitchen and a separate dining area.This unit also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The 890 ft fishing pier is available to all of our guest and No Fishing license  is required when fishing from this private pier. If you are looking forward to just lounging around the pool, it is located on the ocean side of the complex. Also in this area for your enjoyment, we have a community grill area with picnic table and lounge chairs available on a first come basis. There are two very well maintained tennis courts available also on a first come basis. Amelia by the Sea is a gated complex with open parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles per unit.
