If you are looking forward to just lounging around the pool, it is located on the ocean side of the complex. In this area, for your enjoyment, we have a community grill area with picnic table and lounge chairs available on a first come basis. There are two very well maintained tennis courts available also on a first come basis. Amelia by the sea is a gated complex with open parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles per unit.

Directly across the street (walking distance) is the "Surf" restaurant which offers indoor dining or if you prefer, outdoor dining on a spacious deck often with live music. The highly rated, 27 -hole Fernandina Beach Golf Course is only a two minute drive away from the condo.

All units at Amelia by the Sea are direct oceanfront with private balconies on upper units or patios on ground floor unit. Occupants have access to a private fishing pier and large swimming pool on the ocean side of the complex. Sorry, no pets allowed.
