Our villa is situated on the corner of a quiet road on the exclusive Highlands Reserve Golf Resort. The community grounds are well maintained with good street lighting, making it ideal for a sunset walk or early morning jog. This four bed roomed villa is ideally located, only 15 minutes from Disney, offering easy access to all the major attractions, world-class entertainment, dining and shopping whilst a relaxing round of golf is on your doorstep. For the more adventurous, the beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast, Atlantic Coast and Cape Canaveral can be reached within an hour. After a busy day at the theme parks, a strenuous day’s shopping or a round of golf this is a wonderful place to relax and soak up the sun. This spacious luxury villa is single storey with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and southwest facing pool. The home comfortably sleeps eight consisting of a master suite with queen bed, en suite facilities and TV; second bedroom with queen bed and separate bathroom; two twin bedrooms, one with X-box & DVD. Use of a security safe is available at no extra cost. Both bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers whilst all bedding and towels are provided. Fully air-conditioned throughout with ceiling fans in the master suite and living area. The comfortable living area, formal dining area and fully fitted kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer and icemaker, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher; all look out onto the pool area making it a very social living space. The utility room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The games room, complete with pool, air hockey, table tennis & darts provides plenty of entertainment. Patio doors lead out from the living area to the southwest facing, fully screened pool (24ft x 12ft) and deck area. The pool has underwater lighting and heat if required. The deck area includes a covered lanai with ceiling fan, light, table with six chairs for outside dining and four sun loungers for relaxing in comfort. Pool towels are provided. Golf Course and Community Situated on highway US27, it is just a 15-minute drive to Disney World. With easy access to Interstate 4, it is the ideal place for a holiday. Orlando’s main theme parks are all a short drive away. Highlands Reserve has a Championship 18-hole (par 72) golf course with pine tree-lined open fairways and fast undulating greens making it ideal for golfers of all abilities. If you haven’t got the time for a round there’s always the driving range and putting green for practice. Whether you’re in a golf cart or walking, the course offers wonderful scenery and hours of fun. In addition to the golf course, there is a children’s play area, tennis court (racquets are available at our villa for your use) and large communal swimming pool.
