This vacation rental has been recently refurbished with modern decor and brand new carpets installed in late 2012. Master bedroom with Queen size bed, double closet and TV with en-suite bathroom that has bath/shower, single basin and WC. 2nd bedroom with Queen bed, double closet and TV. There are two further twin bedded rooms, one has a Princess theme and the other a Mickey Mouse theme. Spacious lounge seats has a corner sectional sofa and can seat 6 comfortably and there is a 40” flatscreen TV, DVD player and patio doors to pool area. Dining area seats 6. Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, mircrowave, coffeemaker, tea kettle, toaster and plenty of cookware and dinnerware. Pool area has a covered lanai with a screened enclosure overlooking conservation. Patio furniture comprises of a table and 4 chairs plus 2 sun loungers. Double garage as well as off street parking for 2 further cars.
