Solana is a fully gated, secure vacation community with an on-site clubhouse that includes a large heated swimming pool, spa, mini golf, games room, gym, cyber cafe, beach volleyball, children's playground, licensed pool-side tiki bar, and executive lounge with Wi-Fi. Our home is clean, safe and welcoming. The villa has full air-conditioning and a private pool. Our furniture is comfortable and stylish. The home has been repainted recently (August 2014). We have an amazing game room in the home in the garage. The game room has a full size ping pong table and a foosball table. The kitchen includes all new stainless steel appliances. The living room has a 50 inch flat screen TV. There are two master bedroom suites on opposite ends of the home to ensure privacy for both occupants. The enclosed private pool has a covered lanai area so you can enjoy outdoor dining, reading, or other activities in all weather, and be shielded from the sun. The pool area includes reclining lounge chairs, tables, and pool toys and floats.
