Hello and Thank you for considering our Orlando Vacation Home. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1455 sq. ft. 2nd floor Condo sleeps 8 comfortably. It has been completely repainted, carpets cleaned and all new furniture, new beds (1 king size, l queen size, 2 twins, and pull out couch.), new linens, new dishes, new cutlery, new everything. There are 4 new flat screen TV''s including a 50'' in the Living Room and a 32'' in the Master bedroom. There is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. This is a second floor unit in a 2-story building. There will be no ''herd of elephants'' in the unit above you. We have installed child proof gates at the top of stairs for your children''s safety. There is an attached single car garage with convenient entry directly into the unit. The garage has its own dedicated parking space, car wash hose, or you can use the secure garage to store golf clubs, strollers, motorcycles, etc. It is only a short walk to the picturesque Club House (less than 2 minutes) with a gigantic lagoon style pool. { No elevators needed to get to pool.} The hot tub will help you relax after a hard day at the nearby theme parks. There is a children's splash pad, children''s playground area, tennis court, volleyball court, basketball court and full fitness center.
