Beach living at its very best! Once you've arrived, you won't have to drive your car at all! It's a very short walk to the beach (2 minutes), convenience store and Peg Leg Pete's (1 minute).

The house also features a boat slip with cover and lift, the boat is available for guest use upon request for an additional fee.

Just want to stay at home? Enjoy fishing directly off of the back of the house into Lafitte Cove or simply relax in the saline pool, basking in the sun.

With water on both sides of the house, the view from the large balcony off the master bedroom is perfect for watching the sun set in the evening and rise in the morning!

The large deck area (800+ square feet) on the back of the house, overlooking the pool and canal, includes a large BBQ grill and outdoor dining setup, making it perfect for entertaining.

Pensacola is the official home of the Blue Angels, so be sure to check air show dates! Even if you aren't in town for shows, it's only a ten minute drive (6 miles) to Fort Pickens, where you can watch the Blue Angels practice on Tuesdays and Wednesdays year-round.
