The unit offers a large balcony with a table and chairs that sits four people. Inside has an intertwined kitchen/living room combination that has a view of the ocean from all angles. The kitchen is fully equipped and is tropically decorated, there is a small table that seats four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The living room offers a large television and comfortable seating.

The master has its own personal view with access to the balcony, flat screen television, and its own personal bathroom. The guest room has two twin beds with a DVD player, a television with cable, and access to the second bathroom. With the queen pullout this unit can sleep 6 persons! The Summerhouse community offers two beachside pools, a hot tub, kiddie pool, shuffleboard, racquetball, tennis, video games/billiards, and a picnic area with gas grills. Play Golf at one of many expert golf courses in the area, including Bay Point, the Hombre and Signal Hill. Enjoy some local fishing or launch your boat at nearby St Andrews State Park which is a short distance from the condo. Many local attractions are within a short driving distance, so there is fun for the whole family and wonderful memories to be made here!
