Steadvilla vacation rental is located in the Wellington community in Davenport, fl just minutes from Disney’s Theme Parks. With our home being so close to many shops and restaurants there is no need to drive far to get something to eat or some groceries to prepare meals in your vacation home. With its ample space floor plan you will enjoy 2 lounge sitting areas one of which has a large flat screen TV for guest enjoyment. The villa has been tiled throughout the living space and has 2 dining tables, one seating 6 and another one seating 4 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, dinnerware, silverware and full size appliances. 4 bedrooms will sleep 8 guests comfortably with a King size bed in the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, Queen size bed in 2nd bedroom and 2 single beds in each 3rd and 4th bedroom. Free WI-FI is provided to guests for their enjoyment. Pool area has a screened in enclosure with a table and 4 chairs as well as 2 sun loungers.
