Our beautifully appointed villa, completed in May 2007, is situated on the prestigious Tuscan Hills gated community, located on Highway 27, just off Highway 192, and just over ten minutes from Disney World. Furnished to the highest standard, our 4 bedroom villa can accommodate 8 guests comfortably in the bedrooms. Conveniently located a short two minute drive away is Berry Town Center, which hosts a Publix supermarket, banking facilities, local shops and take away and sit down establishments. Too many other restaurant and shopping amenties to mention along with close access to many high quality golfing facilities. Our stunning villa comes complete with all the modern facilities you would expect, including 4 bedrooms (2 masters, 2 twins), 3 bathrooms (2 en-suites), and a large flat screen LED TV in the living room. Both master bedrooms have private access to the pool. There is also a fully fitted kitchen and utility, air-conditioning throughout, Cable TV, DVD player, free Wi-fi Internet access and free calls to anywhere in the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico. The large, luxury screened swimming pool and spa/Jacuzzi can be heated if you desire (additional charges apply). For your peace of mind, the villa also has a full alarm system, and fitted safe. The garage has been converted into a fantastic Games Room, complete with Pool Table, Air Hockey and Foosball. Also included for the convenience of young families is a high chair and playpen. In addition to all of these facilities, the beautiful Clubhouse with a mediterranean flare contains a Fitness Suite, Tennis Court, Volleyball Court, children's Tot-Lot play area, Wifi along with many other features that will help to make your holiday extra special. All of these facilities are available free of charge to all guests, for the period of their stay in our villa.
