All have full modern kitchens with washer, dryer, and central air conditioning. The building is well equipped with multiple staircases, elevators and handicap ramps, an outside shower and parking for one car. Some units are non smoking. Queen in living room is a futon. This building books very quickly-reserve early or lose your spot! TV in 2nd bedroom does not have cable. Beach cooler, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, beach chairs & sand toys for guest use.
