Laguna Vista (constructed in 2004) is located on a bay side canal and offers 2 car parking under the building (height restrictions exist), elevator, heated indoor pool, secured access to the building and boat docking along the bulkhead with some units. Many units offer views of the bay water and generous glimpses of the ocean. Stay on the west end of the building and watch the weigh-ins during the world famous White Marlin Open fishing tournament in August.
