This is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath second floor condo in the Villagio Development. This condo comfortably sleeps a family no more than 8 people including all adults and children. The living room is equipped with a television, DVD player, internet, and a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom contains a queen bed, television and leads out to the private balcony. The second bedroom contains a twin bed, television and also leads out to the private balcony. The third bedroom also contains bunk beds. The kitchen is fully furnished with all appliances and this vacation home includes a full size washer and dryer as well. Beach access is just across the street from the development. The Villagio also has a shopping, a spa/salon, nightlife often featuring live music, an art gallery and souvenir shop!

Please note: this is a pet-friendly property, non-refundable pet fee of $167.25 will be added to your reservation. If you are vacationing with your pet, we MUST meet it in the office upon arrival before receiving your keys. We also require the pet's name upon arrival. There is a 1 pet limit (dog's only) and it may NOT be over 20lbs. It may be weighed upon arrival and we REQUIRE shot records from your vet to be faxed over PRIOR to check-in. Lastly, it will be required to wear a tag upon arrival identifying which property in which they're staying.
