This is a beautifully decorated 1 bedroom 1.5 bath vacation rental located on the ninth floor of the Windemere in Perdido Key. This privately owned vacation home/condo is located directly on the beach with nothing other than the sand between you and the Gulf. The master bedroom has been furnished with a king bed and flat screen television. This bedroom has access to the one and one half(1.5) baths. In the hallway there are twin bunk beds and towards the end it opens up into the kitchen and living/dining area. This warm and inviting vacation rental includes a full-size refrigerator, range, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer along with all the dishes, cookware, bakeware and utensils. The living room has a sleeper sofa, free wireless internet and a flat screen television however the best feature is the private balcony. Directly off the living room are two large sliding glass doors which open to the private balcony which looks out directly to the beach. This Windemere condo comfortably sleeps a family no more than six(6). All linens and towels are provided for your comfort. Parking for this condo cannot be beat! You will have use of 1 private assigned parking spot in the underground garage just 2 spots away from the doors leading to the upper levels. A second vehicle can be parking in the outside unassigned parking area. This is a huge plus as most do not have an assign spot at the complex and even fewer are near the upper level access. This building has 3 elevators.
