This condo has an open-concept layout, meaning the kitchen is open to the dining and living areas - you can see the private balcony and ocean views from the front door! The kitchen has been recently updated with new appliances and bright white cabinets. You will find everything you need to feel right at home in this kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer for your utmost convenience.

The dining area has a beautiful glass top table that seats six people and the breakfast bar is the perfect place to grab a quick bite on the way out the door.
