There are two large master bedrooms, one with a king bed and the second with queen-size bed. Both have on suite bathrooms. Each Master suite has direct access to the pool area through private doors from your bedroom. The two twin bedded rooms have a shared bathroom. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV.

The large open planned family room has a 40′ flat screen cable TV, DVD, and Wi-Fi. Patio doors lead out to the lovely pool area. The open floor plan allows your family to relax and enjoy each others company during meals, playing a game or watching a movie together.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, cooker, dishwasher, large fridge, and all other essentials to enhance your stay.

The good size family pool has optional heating and underwater lighting. There is a pool safety fence surrounded by large shrubs for your families privacy, and safety that must be kept in place. There are sun loungers and patio seating to enjoy all those family moments together.

There is a game room currently being installed. With ping pong table and pool table, more to come on that!

The villa is ideally situated for visiting all the major attractions including Disney World, MGM Studios, Sea World, Universal Studios, Epcot, Busch Gardens, and many more. There is also first-class shopping and a variety of great restaurants nearby. Golfers will be spoiled by the large number of world class courses in the immediate area including Greg Norman’s Champions Gate.

The Atlantic Ocean Beaches and the Space Coast are about an hours drive to the East and the white sandy beaches along the Gulf of Mexico are about 90 mins drive to the West.
