Additional Guest Policy
A reservation deposit of $350 is required, which is non-refundable and used toward rental agreement. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days during which time we must receive your reservation deposit. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to the date you arrive at the condo. Any reservations made within this period is due in full at the time of booking. In addition a refundable security/damage deposit of $350 is required. The security/damage deposit of $350 must be paid at the time of the balance payment. The condo will be available to guests after 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Your security/damage deposit will be returned to you within three weeks of departure of the condo. Please note: The above rates are in US$ and are subject to change without notice, until confirmed with a deposit. The rates do not include cleaning fee of $75.00.You agree to replace or pay for any incurred expenses, loss, breakage, or damage over and above the amount of the security deposit.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund, if cancelled 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. 25% of rental charge withheld if reservation is canceled within 30 to 44 days of arrival. 50% for reservations canceled within 15 to 29 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. 75% for cancellations of 7 to 14 days. No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.Property Rules
