Come and make beautiful memories in the family friendly Ocean City, New Jersey (OCNJ), offering comfort and relaxation with the amenities of home. The private entrance to this home is on the right side of the property. This unit is newer construction with new furniture, appliances and decor. This is a non-smoking, 2nd floor duplex on the ocean side of West Avenue. This location is ideal; close to the beach & boardwalk (6 blocks), bay (3 blocks), just behind Asbury avenue where all the boutiques, cafes & general shopping is - no more paying for parking on the busy street of Asbury Avenue! We are 1/2 block from the weekly Farmer’s Market. All beaches in our neighborhood are lifeguarded throughout the summer, with some beach locations through the end of September.

Our home offers an open floor plan with sleeping accommodations for 7. The great room boasts a beautiful vaulted ceiling offering plenty of natural light. The kitchen features granite counter tops and a center island with seating for two. The dining area has a custom banquette which not only provides seating but additional storage. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven range, side by side fridge (with ice maker and purified water dispenser), dishwasher, wine refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, electric skillet, blender, hand mixer, immersion blender, all necessary serviceware, cookware and cooking utensils.

The adjoining family room includes a 50-inch flat screen HDTV with cable and is situated above a gas fireplace (seasonal). The family room has a sofa, love seat and a comfortable swivel chair everyone will be fighting for. The kitchen and family room open to the covered front deck; perfect to wake up to or unwind on from a fun-filled day at the shore.

The master bedroom features a king bed with a beautiful seagrass headboard, flat screen TV with cable and an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a flat screen TV with cable. The third bedroom offers a twin bunk with twin trundle. This unique bunk bed has stairs that go up to the top bunk for easy bed making and extra storage. All mattresses include washable mattress pads and quilts.

This property has central air conditioning and a full-size washer and dryer. Ceiling fans are in every bedroom and family room, giving you that breezy summer feel. An enclosed private outdoor shower allows for easy clean up after a day at the beach.

There is driveway parking and ample street parking (as available) in the front of the house (no meters). Next to the driveway there is a convenient clothesline making it easy to hang your suits and towels for use the next day. It is an easy walk to the boardwalk, beaches, tennis and basketball courts, shuffle board, volleyball courts and skate park. The wonderful shops and restaurants on Asbury Avenue begin just one short block away.

Ocean City is a wonderful, family friendly resort town with lots to offer - beautiful sand beaches, a multitude of restaurants and shops, nearby water activities and golf, and boardwalk entertainment including amusements and water park.

Our home is walking distance to all of the boardwalk entertainment (which extends from 6 to 14th streets), yet separated from all of the noise and congestion of the motel district. For those looking for a little grown up excitement, the Longport Bridge is just a few minutes away and provides easy access to Atlantic City, as well as the wonderful dining options in Margate.

Weekly and weekend rental rates are available throughout the year as indicated. Weekly rentals run from Saturday through Saturday. Check-in is at 2pm and check-out is at 10am.
