The condo is on the 2nd floor Ocean Side - with view of the ocean, palm trees and newly renovated pool - it is flooded with light with three windows that are dressed in sheer toile curtains and plantation blinds.

With elevator, 24 hr. laundry on each floor, beach side pool and direct beach access there is no better location than this charming oceanfront pied-a-terre.

The condo sleeps up to 4 people maximum, 2 in bedroom (queen) and 1 adult or 2 smaller children on a smaller-than-double-bed size, pull out sofa in the living room. There is also a single size aero mattress when needed. There is a completely stocked kitchen, dining table for 4, living area with flat screen, ceiling fan and a separate bedroom with queen size tempurpedic mattress, flat screen and ceiling fan, a bathroom state of the art shower and plenty of closets to organize your clothes and store your luggage.

The fully loaded newly renovated kitchen has full size appliances, electric stove, microwave/convection and cabinets stocked with glassware and dinnerware should you want to eat in or entertain.

The living area has comfy leather sofa and flat screen TV with cable, the perfect place to kick up your feet after a long day at the beach or strolling around South Beach.

The custom designed grey tile and marble bathroom has a top of the line rain shower and shower seat to sit and wash off the sand between your toes. There is an iron, hairdryer and vintage art deco light to help you get ready for the Miami nightlife!

The bedroom has queen size, top-of-the-line Tempurpedic mattress which is layered with fine, white, 100%, cotton linens, cozy duvets and an assortment of pillows to suit your preference. There are extra linens and bedding for the full size sofa bed in the living area. A 2nd TV is on the wall at the foot of your bed.

If you have to work and stay connected there is cable and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.

Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels are provided.

Enjoy the palm trees and ocean views and the ever-changing colors of the sunrise right out your windows. – Then step out and walk into the center of all the South Beach action. Lincoln Road, Bars, restaurants, clubs, lounges, and shopping as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, bike rentals and car rentals are all in walking distance.

Located in one of the original Ocean Drive Art Deco Hotels, (Somerset Hotel; circa 1939) Ocean Walk Condominium is currently being restored to its’ original glory. There is renovation work being planned for the front southwest corner (street side) of the building for later this year (sept-dec 2016) - which should not effect my apartment since my apt is on the south east corner (ocean side).

The beach is easily accessible just out our back pool entrance.

Once inside my apartment- you will be lost in tranquility!
