The Master Bedroom is very spacious with a queen size bed which can accommodate 2 person, walk in closet, Large private bathroom with Tub/Shower and his and hers sink, six drawer dresser for storing belongings,and Dark laminate wood flooring.

No parties

No smoking inside the house or on the property.

No open liquid containers in the Bedroom due to potential accident that can occur to damage of flooring.

Guest must supply own laundry detergent.

Not suitable for pets of any size or kind.

Please clean up the kitchen immediately after cooking or don't cook if you don't have enough time to clean.

Please take the kitchen trash out every night to the big garbage can Located on the side of the house ( which gets picked up on Monday and Thursday Am).

Please do not have AC running while door is open.
