Beautiful Townhome located in WaterStone Resort on the US-27 and close to Disney and many of Orlando’s main attractions.

Our luxury villa has been designed with your families comfort in mind. We are located in Davenport, Central Florida, close to all the main attractions and within driving distances to the Atlantic or Gulf Coast. Just 15 minutes from Disney, 20 minutes from Universal, 20 minutes from Sea World, 60 minute to Bush Gardens and minutes to numerous golf courses (Champions Gate, Highland Reserve). Easy access to the I-4 and the 192 which means you can be to shops and restaurants within 10 minutes.

Villa

Our new 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is equipped with granite worktops and stainless steel kitchen, close to Orlando’s attractions and the newest attraction, Lego Land. It is beautifully and professionally furnished with the rooms being large and open; an ideal floor plan for one or two families (up to 8 guests maximum). Our home is in a perfect location for guests who want easy access to the Theme Parks while having all the facilities to kick back and relax at the end of the day in our private courtyard or the community’s pool and clubhouse, just a very short walk from our home.

A lot of attention has been paid to the furnishing in our home, comprising of 2 king-size bedrooms and 2 twin rooms which all have cable and wireless internet. You will find that all our rooms have their own TV’s, ceiling fans, closets and storage along with air conditioning throughout the home.

Kitchen

Our kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, large work area, cutlery, utensils and dishes that will make the most of your vacation; including, fridge/freezer with ice maker, stove top with oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery and linens.

Bedrooms

We have one king bedroom located on the main floor with access to the main floor full bathroom and along with its own sink and spa tub. The other king bedroom and two twin bedrooms are located on the second floor and share a full bathroom.

Bathrooms

Our home has two bathrooms which are located on each floor. Wash cloths, hand towels and bath towels are provided.

Laundry Facilities

Located within our home on the second floor you will find a washer and dryer to help with not having to travel with large amounts of clothing.

Community facilities

Our home has a community pool, clubhouse, children’s area, office and fitness center which is accessible to our guests.
