TikiNuki sits on the white sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico. It is a serene and natural retreat with a secluded beach right in front of this home on Alligator Point Florida. Known as the 'Forgotten Coast' this is old Florida at it's finest! The house was built in 2009 and is finished throughout with custom details and furnishings.

The open floor plan offers living areas that include the kitchen, dining, living room and enjoy gorgeous ocean view from all windows!!!!

Watch amazing sunrises and full moons from inside or out. Watch the porpoises as they break the waves, fish, hunt for shells or just sit and take in the serenity. Ocean breezes and sunlit skies make for the perfect day.

Full service kitchen with decks opening from the kitchen and living area.

Direct TV, WIFI, DVD, VCR and a large selection of DVDs and VCR movies for adults and children are available. No house phone is provided but cellular service is available .Beach chairs and beach umbrella is provided. One person Kayaks are available for rental @ $59 each for your week in paradise. 4 are available which comes with paddle and adult life vest.

Cook your catch of the day on the charcoal grill/smoker and enjoy your meal on the deck while enjoying the view of the ocean and the cool sea breeze. (Charcoal is not furnished)

You can enjoy a cozy evening around the fire pit or cook your favorite meal outside. (charcoal or wood is not furnished)

After a long day enjoy a leisure bath in the master bedroom soaking tub so relax and rejuvenate.
