Tranquility Base is your serene retreat on nearly half an acre in a quiet neighborhood located in the South Beaches area of Melbourne Beach. This recently renovated home, approximately 1700 square feet, is just steps from the beach and Indian River for sunrise to sunset fun.

The living room and kitchen have skylights that keep things bright and give the home an ethereal quality. There are 2 queen bedrooms, one with a bathroom ensuite, and a bunk room with 4 single beds. An outdoor shower is provided in the garden for rinsing off after returning from the beach.

The grounds here offer large private lawns and tropical gardens - all shimmering with the dappled light from a canopy of coastal live oaks and Spanish moss. It is truly another world where you can find solace and rescue for your spirit.

The beaches and river banks of South Melbourne Beach are void of crowds and congestion. It is a true paradise abundant with recreational opportunities or simply your 'second home' for tropical rejuvenation and renewal. A Peek-a-Boo river view is visible from the front yard.

Orlando attractions, Canaveral Cruise Ships and the Kennedy Space Center are all within a 90 minute drive. The area also offers world class surfing and fishing just a few minutes from the home.
