This light and bright fully furnished vacation home has it all! Lake front views from the entire back side of the house, The remodeled kitchen and bathrooms have granite counters, new wood cabinets, new appliances and upgraded fixtures. A spacious kitchen with dishwasher, flat top stove, full sized oven and microwave, large windows, a breakfast lounge / sitting area, and large dining room table adjacent to the kitchen provide great entertaining ability for our guests. The comfortable master bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower, walk in closet, sliding glass doors to the lake and king sized bed. The 2nd bedroom has a closet and queen bed. The third bedroom has a closet, twin bunk beds and a twin trundle bed. The second bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo and is accessed from the hall adjacent the second and third bedrooms.

The main living space has a super comfortable sectional sofa, large cabinet with games, books to read and dvd’s to watch, TV, and DVD player. The washer and dryer is conveniently located in the garage. The air conditioner works well.

The house is at the back of a circle street. It is quiet because no people drive through that don't need to be there. The neighbors are friendly. This house is in the most charming portion of the neighborhood. This is a home away from home.

In the back yard there is a porch wtih outdoor chairs outside the living room, a wooden deck with porch swing right off the master bedroom, and 1 open large wood deck with outdoor dining table and chairs with cushions connected to a dock overlooking beautiful Lake Ada. We have light weight chairs you can take out to the dock for relaxing. Lake Ada is a private lake with no public access. There is usually a light breeze coming off the water toward the back yard. The lake water is monitored monthly locally and by University of Florida for proper balance and cleanliness. It is perfect for swimming, fishing (catch and release please!) and water skiing. There is a slalom water ski course in the center. Often professional skiers use the course for practice.
