Adorable home on water with direct access to Lake Grassy. See some of the most beautiful sunsets offered in Florida from the enjoyment of your own boat or from the deck located on the bank of the canal just behind the home. Home has been completely updated and decor is warm and relaxing. Home has a BEAUTIFUL patio with bar seating for 4 and patio furniture as well - offers a great place to have morning coffee or enjoy the evening quiet. A private boat dock is provided to secure your own boat or jet skis when you are not on the water enjoying the sun and the fishing. Lake Grassy is a 530 acre lake and access is only offered to those residents in the SunNLakes neighborhood. Each bedroom has a queen bed, closet and furniture for clothing. Owner can provide a queen air mattress to provide sleeping for 6 if needed. Kitchen has been completely updated including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, and coffee pot are all provided. All linens and towels are provided. There are no cleaning services provided during your stay but washer and dryer are provided at the home. There are three flat screen TVs and WIFI and DirecTV are provided complete with DVR.

The neighborhood, while welcoming of all ages, is mostly seasonal and retired folks so it's quiet and peaceful!

Home is located just south of downtown Lake Placid.
