Downtown Lakeland Historic Bungalow on Lake Morton - Walk & Bike friendly

This 1914 historic bungalow sits along the shores of Lake Morton, a bird sanctuary for Lakeland's iconic royal swans and other local feathered friends. The front porch veranda will become a favorite space along with several other common areas for relaxing and enjoying time with your friends and family.

The neighborhood is cute and quaint, enjoy an evening stroll around the lakes and charming residences. Downtown Lakeland is a 10-15 minute walk where you can enjoy shopping, dining and area activities.

We offer three clean and spacious guest rooms, each with an en suite bathroom:

Bedroom 1: Undeniably...the room with a view! Located on the second floor, this guestroom overlooks Lake Morton Bird Sanctuary. The front dormer allows for a quiet place to watch the swans or enjoy a book. A private bathroom is en suite with a spacious shower. Size: 21' x 14.5'

Bedroom 2: Appointed in shades of gray and blue, this peaceful room can be found on the second floor. This room is located on the eastern side of the house so it receives ample light in the morning. There is an en suite bathroom with a shower. Size: 14' x 13.5'

Bedroom 3: Nestled in the back of the house on the second floor this guest room is spacious and cozy. A private bathroom is en suite with a spacious shower. Size: 21' x 14.5'

Bedroom Amenities: soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hair dryer, television, clean sheets and towels, smart television with basic network channels plus the ability to watch your personal Netflix programming

SPECIAL NOTES: All guest bedrooms are located on the second floor. The property accommodates 6 guests, 2 guests in each guestroom. Well-behaved children with attentive parents are welcome. The property is non-smoking. The kitchen provides access to a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dish washer. A washer/dryer is available on property.
