Additional Guest Policy
Refundable damage deposit $400SECURITY DEPOSIT ($400.00): The security deposit should be sent in a separate check. The security deposit will be returned in full at the end of the rental in the event no damage is done to the unit or furnishings in the unit. Any cost of repairs due to damage done by renters will be deducted from the security deposit. In the event cost of damage caused by renters exceeds the security deposit renter agrees to reimburse owner for the cost of repairs.
Terms of Payment
The total amount owed must be received by Douglas Kelty Real Estate, LLC within 60 days of the start date of the rental. In the event that the rental agreement is signed within 60 days of the start date of the rental the total amount of the rental and the security deposit is due at the time that this rental contract is signed.
If you have signed this agreement more than 60 days before your rental begins, we ask that you submit one half of the total rental amount and the security deposit when the agreement is signed and returned. The remaining balance must be submitted at least 60 days before the start of the rental
