Welcome to Villa Sophia, a relaxing oceanfront retreat on Florida’s sunny Treasure Coast.

Villa Sophia is located at the Indian River Plantation, a beautiful resort community nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and Indian River (intracoastal waterway), near Stuart, Florida.

As you cross the bridge to our scenic barrier island, you’ll be welcomed by gorgeous views, ocean breezes, lush landscape, and the charm and hospitality of the island.

Villa Sophia is an elegant two bedroom, two bath condo located directly on the ocean. As you enter, you’ll be drawn to views of the waves breaking just beyond the terrace. Enjoy the view, smell the sea breeze and watch for dolphins at your relaxing home away from home.

Inside, you’ll find an open floor plan with large patio doors that open to the terrace. The comfortable seating area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying time with family or friends. Amenities include 32-inch flat screen tv, cable, dvd player and high-speed wireless internet.

The dining area is perfect for meals at home. The kitchen is well equipped, including breakfast bar and microwave, stove and dishwasher. Even the kitchen sink has views of the sparkling blue ocean.

The master bedroom features ensuite bath, memory-foam mattress, flat screen tv, ocean views and terrace access. A second bedroom with twin beds accommodates children or guests. For added privacy, a pocket door encloses the guest bedroom and bath. The Villa sleeps up to five guests, with sofa sleeper converting to a full-size bed.

Outside, the ocean takes center stage. Relax to the sights, sounds and smells of the ocean from your double terrace. We have outdoor dining for four, plus two additional chairs and cocktail table for morning coffee or evening drinks.

The property features a heated pool with lounge chairs, two gas grills and convenient pool bathroom. Just over the dune is the pristine beach, where you can stroll, swim, snorkel, surf or collect shells. We offer beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys to complete your experience. Rinse at the outdoor shower on the walkway when your day is done.

Nearby, the Marriott features a tiki bar for lunch, snacks or drinks. There’s a deep-water marina on the Indian River, offering rentals of sea kayaks and paddleboards.

Your neighborhood, the lovely 200-acre Indian River Plantation, is located on Hutchinson Island off Florida’s famous A1A Highway. You’ll find a gas station and groceries at Publix Supermarket just minutes away.

We’re near the town of Stuart, Florida, a friendly community with unique shops and restaurants. The West Palm Beach Airport is a 45 minute drive. Fort Lauderdale and Orlando airports are 1.5 to 2 hours away.
