Unit has new bamboo floors throughout the bedrooms and living area, with tile in the kitchen, baths and entrance.

Master has a king bed, 32” TV, and walk-in shower, with separate vanity and large wall cabinet.

Second bedroom has a queen bed and 32” TV. Guest bath is a tub/shower.

Living area has a new queen sleeper sofa, new coffee/end tables, a dining table for six, and a 50” TV. Approximately 200 channels are available via ATT U-verse (included)

Kitchen has all necessary cookware, dishes, glassware and utensils.

Linens and beach towels are provided.

Wireless internet is available in the unit as well as the clubhouse.

Water/Electricity and WiFi are included. There is no landline phone service available in the unit.

The complex has a beautiful heated pool with gazebo for relaxing outdoor meals or drinks, clubhouse with library, and outdoor gas grills, as well as a small exercise room.

The entire complex has recently been updated with new painting outside and a newly surfaced parking lot. There is ample parking available in the gated lot.

Access to the beach is via a private boardwalk, and this leads to fishing, long walks or just relaxing and doing nothing.

No pets are allowed, and no smoking is permitted in the unit.

North Hutchinson is about half-way between Miami and the Orlando/Central Florida area, each about two hours away. Whether you want to visit the theme parks or go shopping, all are available. There are also may excellent relaxing restaurants in the Fort Pierce/Vero Beach/Stuart area. Fishing from the beach or on a local charter will provide exciting times.

And the best parts (in our opinion)? First Friday of each month, the Fort Pierce Street Party. Every Saturday morning, Farmers market downtown. Throughout the year – performances at the Sunrise Theater in downtown Fort Pierce. And of course, Mets Spring Training in Port St. Lucie.
