Beautiful Private, fully-furnished home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, game room (pool table, video casino game, darts, kids games, and board games for lots of family fun!)

washer & dryer, private heated pool with large screened sun room and spacious fenced in back yard in a quiet neighborhood. WIFI is included in your stay.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a walk in closet. The master bath has a fully tiled shower, double sinks and private toilet area.

The second and third bedrooms have a queen size beds.(Linens included) All bedrooms have cable TV.

There is a guest bathroom with a tub and shower combo.

We have a galley kitchen that is fully stocked including, two coffee pots (one for regular and one for decaf coffee.) Microwave, juicer(ask)toast oven, toaster, crock pot, pots n pans, spices and other convenient items.

The living room has cable TV with netflex, dvd player and full size sleep sofa.

Sun room has 2 couches, 1 is a Queen size pullout sleep sofa.

Enjoy our game room with a pool/ping pong table, darts and cable TV. Many different board games are available for family fun or an adult’s game night!!

Washer n’ Dryer.

BABY USE: Don’t get stuck carrying all the needed baby equipment or in a hotel with nothing but a portable crib! Available for use is pack n' play crib, high chair, rocking seat, infant tub, walker, and stroller as well as an umbrella stroller.

Private deep relaxing pool with plenty of surrounding seating, lounge chairs and a children’s table. There is a spacious fenced in yard with a grill.

Our comfortable home is located only minutes from Route 95. 15 minutes to Melbourne Airport. Melbourne Airport is small and very accommodating.

**Online Credit Card and Echeck payments accepted. Echecks preferred.

** If sending a cashier or personal check, Damage insurance must be paid online to HomeAway/VRBO.

If renting for more than a month a cleaning team will come and clean twice a month.

There are many awesome restaurants and shopping in the general area. The Brevard Zoo is very cool as well and reasonably priced.

We are located 1 hr from Disney, 2 ½ hrs. Ft. Lauderdale, 3hrs to Miami and 35 Minutes to Cocoa beach. Melbourne also has beaches about 20 minutes away, some with playgrounds, tennis & volley ball courts. Love it there. Centrally located!! Lots to do for the whole family!!

Movie theater is 10 minutes away and only cost ($4-$6)

You agree to all Homeaway/VRBO terms AS WELL AS my personal house contract upon reservations.. No one under the age of 21 can rent our home.

No smoking or drugs, no loud parties, this is a family neighborhood.

***We ask that you do not bring anyone you meet back to the home. THANK YOU!***

Neighborhood is safe but we request that windows and doors be locked when you leave. Please be respectful of our home.(We have video surveillance on the outside of the house. If you are uncomfortable with the camera at the pool, I will gladly let you know what to do to block it.)

****POOL RULES: No running, horseplay and diving in or around pool----swimming is at your own risk. Children must be accompanied by adults at all time in back yard. Pool area must be kept clean and free of garbage and all pool equipment/toys must be kept away from edges of pool. Pool is VERY deep!! There are no shallow sides.

*****Children MUST ALWAYS BE ATTENDED AT ALL TIMES!!!!

POOL IS CLEANED EVERY TUESDAY MORNING.

****GAME ROOM: Children under 12 should use children’s pool table and magnetic dart board. Full size pool table and the dart board on the wall is for 13+.

No drinks or food are to be on the pool table at any time.

******** NO SMOKING! (smoking outside only use ashtrays please!)*******

No cleaning services will be included-occupants must clean up after themselves!!!!!PLEASE!

(If you would like a housekeeper during your stay, please let me know. I can arrange it for an additional fee)

Exception: Extended stays House cleaners will come in every two weeks working with your schedule

**PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE HAVE SOLAR HOT WATER AND THE WATER GETS VERY HOT! PLEASE BECAREFUL!

***Garbage must be separated into allotted bins. YELLOW IS RECYCLING AND GREEN IS FOR GARBAGE. It must be put out at the END of the driveway Wednesday night!!! (if you do not the next guest will have no place to put their garbage for a week!!)

****Departure PROCEDURE: Upon leaving all linens must be removed from all used beds/couch and put in wash room. All dishes must be put into dishwasher and put on wash mode with dish washer soap in it.

PLEASE BE ADVISED:

There is no refund after 30 days prior to check in. There is 50% refund if canceled before the 30 mark.. All payments must be received 30 DAYS BEFORE check in date. If it is not paid in full your reservation will be cancelled.
