This beautifully appointed one bedroom, one bath condo is located on the 3rd of four floors in Beach Tree 1. There is easy elevator access. The kitchen is newly remodeled and fully equipped for cooking. The main room hosts an elegantly furnished living area with couch, love seat, chairs, a new flat screen tv and a dining area for four. A private screened in lanai and secluded pond view with swaying palms and glimpses of the ocean are located just off the main room and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, two bureaus and a walk in closet. All new linens and towels are included. The bathroom located in the hall between the main room and bedroom has a shower/tub.

WIFI and cable tv service are included. Beach chairs and an umbrella are available. The laundry's washer and dryer are located in the closet in the kitchen.

Our condo is a short walk to the beach which includes one mile of private beach access and three pools. Ocean Village offers great amenities including a 9 hole golf course, tennis courts and shuffle board courts. The resort also has its own 4-Star restaurant and bar which are located next to the largest pool with a Tiki Bar, a "kiddie pool," and hot-tub. There is also a bocce court, an exercise room with sauna and shower facilities and a great library! Much to do without ever leaving the property.

But there is much to explore outside the gates...great local shopping, restaurants and music!
