Refundable damage deposit $500rental is Sat to Sat. 7 day min. Check in is 4;00PM on the start date, check out is 10:am on the last day. Guest must have proper ID and guard may ask for copy of rental agreement. Security gate house will have pass that must be displayed in your car with directions to the unit. Key to the unit will be mail to guest 14 days prior to rental date with additional information. Thanks
