Tropical Key West Style Pool Home in Jensen Beach

Welcome to Mahi Manor! We are very excited to unveil this gorgeous home starting in December 2016. The home is located on a .5 acres of land in the coveted area of Jensen Beach, Pineapple Bluff, that is located on a private drive with only a handful of stunning homes.

THE SPACE:

Our Jensen Beach pool home features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths in the main house and 1 bed/1 bath cabana that is located off of the pool area. The home sleeps 8 comfortably but please feel free to let us know if you'd like to bring air mattresses to accommodate more people ( there is an extra charge for additional guests). There is a wraparound porch and sliding glass doors throughout the entire home. The cross breeze is incredible!

There are two kitchens. The main kitchen is located upstairs and there is a small kitchenette downstairs located off of the pool area.

6 TV's - Every TV has cable except for the 4th bedroom/cabana room where there is only a smart TV.

GUEST ACCESS:

OUR INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:

We live in Fort Lauderdale. Guests will be provided with a lockbox code so they may gain access to the home at anytime they arrive. I will be available by phone/email/whatsapp. In case of an emergency we have family that lives within 5 miles and they will be able to assist.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

The home is located on a private drive within Pineapple Bluffs off of Skyline Drive. Enjoy a beautiful walk along the highest points of South Florida, short drive to many great restaurants and the intracoastal. If you bring your boat, there is a boat ramp only a mile away.

GETTING AROUND:

Large driveway for you to park your vehicles/boat/RV. Uber is available as well.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

This home is newly listed in December 2016, we have tried our best to think of everything our guests will need but if you don't have everything you need please be sure to reach out to me. We will do our best to accommodate!

There is a freight train that passes through a few times a day, you can hear the from the house but it only last about 30 seconds.

HOUSE RULES

*No smoking in the house. Please smoke outside. Be courteous of our neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level. Please do not wear high heels in the house, the oak floors upstairs were recently refinished. Prefer if pets are kept on the first first floor, there is a baby gate that can be used located in the master bathroom closet.*
