Beautiful River house!

Welcome to the river house! Our home is located minutes from King and Three sisters springs and depending on the time of year our backyard has entertained pods of manatees, dolphins and otters to mention a few. Numerous activities for everyone fishing is some of the best in FL inshore for reds or offshore for grouper, scalloping during the summer, manatee watching during the winter. If you would like to play golf, shop, bike or just take it easy around the pool we've got that to. Also because we are centrally located its an easy 1 1/2 hour drive to Disney, Universal, Epcot and Sea World in Orlando and Busch Gardens in Tampa. Homosassa State Park is just 10 minutes away and is a fantastic little natural zoo. Rainy days:( don't worry we have you covered, movie theater, laser tag and mini golf close by. Many great restaurant choices as well.

The kitchen is well appointed stainless steel appliances, and includes pots, pans, utensils (for 12), flatware, serving trays, coffee maker, toaster.

Pool has lounge chairs and table along with rafts, water toys.

Master bedroom is nicely appointed and has a great screened in porch. One of my favorite things is opening the doors and listen to the mullet jump in the canal on nice crisp evenings! The second master is huge and is also nicely appointed with TV and exercise equipment.
