All the essential comforts of home are here. Sliding glass doors open from the Master bedroom and living room to the screened in lanai and heated pool area. The propane grill will fulfill all your barbecuing needs.

When you’re ready to get out on the water, simply stroll down to the home’s private dock with boat lift on the canal, which leads about a mile out to Tampa Bay. Two kayaks are included too! Captain Billy Nobles from Reel Animals is just across the canal so you can book chartered fishing excursions with him as well! Pets welcome with doggy door access for our furry friends to come in and out at their leisure to bask by the pool or go out to their gated enclosure (pet fees additional).
