Our relaxing waterfront home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 2 additional sleep sofas. The master has a queen bed and private bathroom, the guest bedroom has a full size bed and twin bunk beds and private bathroom. The extra-large family room has 2 sofas, one a queen sleeper, electric fireplace with a 65 inch Smart TV with cable and Wi-Fi access, DVD player and PSP 2 with plenty of movies, video and board games. There is also an additional full sleeper in the foyer. We have a fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, comfortable outdoor seating and table in the Sun room. Bring your rods, or use ours and relax on the dock while you enjoy the wildlife in the bird sanctuary, listen for dolphins and watch for manatee. Our home also includes a charcoal grill and water's edge fire pit for cooler nights. Enjoy the use of our 4 kayaks and wash off with our outdoor shower. Or you can rent a boat and keep it at our house with our 19 thousand lb lift with remote control. Our upper deck boasts unrivaled views of the bird sanctuary and the Gulf of Mexico sunsets. Hudson Beach is only 5 minutes away, the Weeki Wachee River and Mermaid attraction is 25 minutes North of Hudson. Snorkeling, manatee and dolphin tours are within minutes. Our home has a carport and 3 driveways for plenty of parking for cars, and boat trailers. We are located on a dead end street and dead end, deep water canal with unobstructed views of the mangroves, bird sanctuary and Gulf of Mexico.
