In the Naples gated community of Fiddler's Creek, and close to award winning beaches, golf and restaurants, this beautiful property is decorated and furnished like a model home and awaits your vacation pleasure. For travelers looking for stays of one month of more, you have to see our beautiful vacation home.

Our professionally decorated 2nd floor unit is 2500 square feet and has a spacious 500 square foot lanai, with a breathtaking lake view. Plenty of room for up to 6 guests to live and relax.

Large, wide windows with a southern exposure makes it bright and airy all day. The sense of space is enhanced by the soaring 11 foot ceilings.

The family room is furnished with large, comfortable seating to watch the brilliant 60'' LED HDTV with DVD player.

Enjoy making your meals in the designer kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, utensils and accessories.

With this much room, there are many dining options. Three can enjoy drinks or a snack at the granite breakfast bar to keep you company while you prepare dinner in the kitchen. Guests can dine casually at the 4 person breakfast table or enjoy a more formal meal in the beautiful dining room. If you would rather dine outdoors, then head out to the lanai and enjoy your meal at our outdoor dining table.

The luxurious master bedroom has a king size bed, HDTV, and features wall to wall sliding glass doors that provide a gorgeous morning view over the lake. The master bathroom is designed with a soaker tub, oversized shower and dual sinks.

Each of the other two bedrooms can sleep two guests (both have queen sized beds). One has it's own private bathroom and Smart HDTV. The other has a full bathroom just steps outside the bedroom door and has an HDTV.

A two car garage with remote controlled door opener will keep your cars out of the sun and provides private access into the home. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer to make laundering your vacation clothes convenient.

Our great place is made even better by being part of the award-winning Fiddler's Creek community. The local community pool is nearby and all of the amenities of Fiddler's Creek community are a short drive or bike ride away.

If you enjoy the local beaches, we have provided beach chairs, umbrellas and towels for you to enjoy your time in the sun.

THE CLUB & SPA

At the Club & Spa at Fiddler's Creek members enjoy superb amenities and year-round activities that set Fiddler's Creek apart from the rest. Amenities offered at Fiddler's Creek include a 54,000 square foot clubhouse with a multi-pool complex, spa, fitness center, casual and elegant dining, tot lot and tennis courts. Residents also enjoy an extensive calendar of events such as poolside parties, dinner shows, complimentary concerts, themed events, as well as classes tailored to the entire family. NOTE: Use of the facilities at the Club and Spa are not included in the rental rate. A transfer fee of $500 will apply and there are certain limitations on the type and number of guests that qualify.

Fiddler's Creek homeowners have the option of joining The Golf Club at Fiddler's Creek, featuring the award-winning Creek Course, a magnificent 18-hole signature course designed by acclaimed golf course architect Arthur Hills. This par 72 course with 72 bunkers, broad fairways, signature stone bridges and Comfort Stations plays 7,157 yards and has seven tee locations to suit players of varied skill levels.

The dining experience at Fiddler's Creek brings you choices for every occasion, mood and taste. If your choice is elegant dining, then Caxambas is for you. The Gator Grille is conveniently located poolside for casual dining and drinks.
