House is on a 1.2 ac. lot at the peaceful subdivision Crystal Manor next to lake Rousseau. Within one mile there is a boat ramp into the lake and another one into the barge canal which takes you right into the Gulf of Mexico. You will experience almost no traffic. Enjoy your pool in absolute privacy. The next neighbor is 500 ft away with a lot of wood in between. (he is a nice guy). Watch wildlife in your backyard like deer, racoons, amadillos, foxes, may be a coyote and of course 'Lady Curzon' the turtle.

The pool cleans and chlorinates itself. It is a saltwater pool.
