We have 3 bedrooms with custom built cedar and cypress queen beds. The kitchen has all appliances with granite counters. Living room has Mission Style furniture with 2 large sliding glass doors to the decks and river. dining for 6, or 8, with a gas fireplace. Both baths are well above average. First floor is all travertine floor tile with several cypress feature walls.
River side is all wooden decks.
