Waterfront with 50 foot wide dock - easy access to river and gulf

Exceptionally clean and beautifully renovated with a cottage feel. Laminate flooring throughout, new light fixtures, renovated bathrooms, fresh paint. Two bedroom, 2 full baths. Split bedroom plan: Master bedroom is on the water end with a king bed, private closet, and adjacent to the master bath (with garden tub/shower combination); second bedroom is on the opposite end with a queen bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom (with tub/shower). Fifty foot dock on deep water canal (4 foot deep at low tide) is ideal for mooring your boat for the quick trips to the Gulf (15 minutes). Two kayaks are provided for short paddling trips to the Weeki Wachee river and Hospital Hole. Furnished with a clothes washer, dryer, new oven/range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, 46" Sony flat screen TV with cable and DVD player in family room, 42" plasma TV in MBR, towel set-up, and anything else you may need during your stay.

The Nature Coast lives up to its name - listen to mullet jump, watch the manatees play, and fish or catch blue crabs from your dock (blue crab trap available upon request).

Roger's Park is within a mile, and has a sand beach and boat launch. The Weeki Wachee River State Park is 3-4 miles away, and is the home of the famous Weeki Wachee mermaids, a beach at the head of the natural spring (water temperature of the river is 72 degrees year round), live shows, and other attractions. Kayaking down river from the park is one of the most beautiful trips you'll ever experience, is easy for beginners, and takes about 2-3 hours to arrive back at the unit.

Within a short drive there are several golf courses, hiking trails, another beach park on the river and one on the gulf, shopping, and several restaurants.
