Along with a striking backdrop of the coast (floor to ceiling glass sliders extend the width of the room), the tropical themed family room features a reclining leather sofa and loveseat, custom wood flooring, a large flat screen TV and a Sound Bar with surround sound with Bluetooth for movies & streaming music from your smart phone. The family room flows into the dining area with wet bar. With the exception of the family room and two bedrooms, tile runs throughout the rest of the unit. Adjacent to the dining area is a fully equipped kitchen which boast granite countertops and an eat-in kitchen. (The kitchen dinette seats 4 as does the dining room table. There is even a card table with 4 folding chairs for parties and extra seating.)

You will truly feel like royalty in your master suit which includes a white cottage style king bed, an unbelievable view of the ocean, a flat screen TV, wood flooring, oversized Jacuzzi tub and sizeable walk-in closet.
