I know how disappointing it can be to arrive to find old furnishings and carpeting with stains and undesirable odors and that old uncomfortable wicker furniture. Our condo offers everything you'll need for a relaxing beach vacation that includes all new appliances and furniture, all new dishes, new cooking utensils, silver and glasses, (complete matching set) for entertaining eight guests), to include wine glasses and microwave, are all ready to use when you choose to prepare your dinner while overlooking the ocean.

Two pools, (one heated pool), meticulously maintained grounds, located directly on the Atlantic Ocean. This property is managed by a Husband and Wife team who have managed Holiday Cove for 23 years, they don't live 20 minutes away from these condos, (they live in Holiday Cove North) A big plus! They will check you in, answer your questions and handle needs during your stay, (day or night), they can also act as your concierge to the New Smyrna Beach, Central Florida area, (if you are nice)
