The space

Outdoor Living: enjoy your resort style vacationing with gorgeous open pool and stone waterfall, outdoor shower, tiki bar and lounging area with lots of seating for your entire party. There are three levels of outdoor living space- covered patio and sun deck on third floor roof level for the morning coffee or evening cocktail at sunset; screened-in second floor large balcony for lunch gathering or afternoon nap (or reading a book if you prefer); and ground level pool, open patio and covered lanai for the party time! You can cast your fishing poles for fresh catches, or just relaxing and enjoy the sweeping views right at the private dock in the back. Or paddle boarding in the Gulf's calm water off the boat/jetski slip.

Interaction with guests

I will make every effort to meet you in person when you arrive, to greet you and your group, check you in, and show you the rooms, amenities, and answer any questions you may have about the house and the area. I will give you the total privacy you need for your vacation but will be available when I am needed to help you throughout your stay.

The neighborhood

The neighborhood is quiet and upscale with a mix of original homes and mansions. Friendly neighbors and we'd like to keep it that way as you are all my best guests. The home is well-built block and frame construction with fenced in private yard. Large circular driveway and parking lots in front of the garage offer ample parking space. The home sits on an oversized double lot overlooking the Gulf with unobstructed views from both sides of the peninsula. Private dock leads you to the landing and jetski slip where you can cast your fishing poles or net that captures variety of fish and crabs in the gulf water. Mature and lush landscaping with variety of trees and palms in the front and back garden that creates a perfect tropical retreat.

Getting around

Personal vehicles, rental cars are recommended. Taxi or Uber both offer convenient short rides to beach, shopping, movie theatres, airport, etc. But if you want to take your time to explore the area down the Gulf coast to St. Petersburg or Sarasota; or have plans to take your family to Orlando amusement parks, a personal or rental car is the best option.
